- Podrid’s real world ECG course
- Derm-in-review study guide and lectures
- Secrets plus derm
- Secrets plus rheum
- Weekly audiodigest lectures and curbsiders lectures
- Core Curriculum (need to finish by June)
2. Non-medical goals:
- Minimum 4 weight workouts/week (back/biceps/abs on Monday, legs #1 in Tuesday, chest/triceps/shoulders on Thursday, legs #2 on Friday, potentially an abs and cardio workout on Saturday).
- Daily calorie logging
- Lose 90 lbs this year.
- Minimum one cup of vegetables with every meal.
- Read one fiction book/month.
